Every referrer is identity-verified through a third-party provider before they can submit. We do not verify candidates' employment history — that is your responsibility during interviews.

Payouts vary by role and are based on the position's salary. Referrers earn 5% of first-year salary, resulting in an average payout of around $8,400 per successful placement.
Bonus pays out via Stripe Connect once your referral meets employment conditions (30 days from start date). You'll see pending and paid bonuses in your dashboard.

Yes — your identity is masked from the employer until you choose to introduce yourself. Your reputation score grows with every successful placement.
If your total annual payouts exceed $600, we securely collect your W-9 through Stripe and issue a 1099-NEC. Stripe also manages payout processing and recordkeeping.

Candidates FAQ
No. Candidates never pay a fee. The platform is funded by employer placement fees.
Your skills, experience, and the referrer's endorsement are shared. Your contact details remain masked until you accept an offer.
Sign in and decline the referral, or simply do not confirm interest. Nothing further is shared with the employer if you decline.
You can withdraw at any time from your candidate dashboard. The employer is notified and your status is updated.
