The average referrer payout per placement is around $8,400. Exact bonus depends on the role's salary; you earn 50% of the platform fee on placement.
Payouts trigger via Stripe Connect within several days of the Client invoice clearing (Net 30 terms). You'll see pending and paid bonuses in your dashboard.

Yes — your identity is masked from the employer until you choose to introduce yourself. Your reputation score grows with every successful placement.
If your annual payouts exceed $600, we collect a W-9 and issue a 1099-NEC. Stripe handles the payout records.
You can submit candidates for any active role you have access to. Self-referrals are blocked, and duplicate submissions are flagged automatically.
Candidates FAQ
No. Candidates never pay a fee. The platform is funded by employer placement fees.
Your skills, experience, and the referrer's endorsement are shared. Your contact details remain masked until you accept an offer.
Sign in and decline the referral, or simply do not confirm interest. Nothing further is shared with the employer if you decline.
You can withdraw at any time from your candidate dashboard. The employer is notified and your status is updated.
