1.1 Information You Provide
- Account registration data: name, email address, phone number, and professional profile information.
- Role postings (Clients): job title, salary range, and candidate requirements.
- Referral submissions (Referrers): candidate name, resume, endorsement notes, and professional background.
- Payment information: bank account or payment details collected and stored by Stripe.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, analyze usage, and improve the Platform.
- Usage analytics via third-party analytics providers.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Identity verification results from our third-party provider.
- Payment status and payout information from Stripe.
- Authentication data via Firebase (email 2FA for Clients, phone 2FA for Referrers).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, verify, and manage your account.
- Facilitate connections between Clients, Referrers, and Candidates.
- Process placement fees and referral bonus payouts.
- Mask candidate contact details until an offer is extended.
- Communicate with you about your account, placements, and Platform updates.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Improve, personalize, and develop the Platform.
3. Candidate Data and Masking
Candidates submitted through the Platform are presented to Clients with their contact details masked. Client access to unmasked candidate information is only granted upon formal extension of an offer. Referrers may choose to remain anonymous to Clients throughout the hiring process.
LnqHub is not responsible for how Clients or Referrers use candidate information after it is disclosed in accordance with these practices. We require all users to handle candidate data lawfully and respectfully.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With other Platform users as necessary to facilitate a referral or placement (subject to masking rules described above).
- With service providers who process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Firebase (authentication), and our identity verification provider.
- With law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LnqHub, our users, or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, with appropriate confidentiality protections.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention) for a period of up to seven (7) years.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- Authentication via Firebase with two-factor authentication (email 2FA for Clients, phone 2FA for Referrers).
- Audit logging of actions taken on the Platform.
- Payment processing through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Identity verification through a third-party provider.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you promptly in the event of a breach affecting your personal information, as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
