This policy explains what data LnqHub collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email, company, role.
• Verification data collected by our third-party identity provider (we store only the verification result, not the underlying documents).
• Platform activity: actions you take, timestamps, and IP address.
• Payment information handled by Stripe (we never see card details).

2. How we use it

• To operate the marketplace (matching, scheduling, payouts).
• To prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
• To send transactional email (registration, referral updates, invoices, bonus payouts).

3. What we never do

• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never reveal a Candidate’s contact details to an Employer until an offer is accepted.
• We never share your identity verification documents — only a boolean pass/fail result is stored.

4. Your choices

You can request your activity log, update your profile, or delete your account from within the platform, or by emailing info@lnqhub.com.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and logged. See Trust & Safety for details.
