Terms of Service

Welcome to LnqHub. By using our platform you agree to these terms. LnqHub is operated by JG Stratics dba LnqHub. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use LnqHub

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Access to the platform is limited to verified Clients, approved Referrers, and invited Candidates.

2. Accounts and verification

Clients and Referrers must complete identity verification through a third-party provider. You agree to provide accurate information and to act in good faith.

3. Acceptable use

• No self-referrals.
• No circumventing LnqHub to close a placement off-platform.
• No harassing, discriminatory, or deceptive behavior.
• No attempts to extract or reverse the masked candidate data.

4. Fees and payouts

Clients pay a placement fee when a Candidate accepts an offer. Referrers receive a share of the platform fee via Stripe Connect. Specific percentages are listed on the pricing page and in each party’s written agreement.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

Candidates may withdraw at any time. Clients may cancel a role at any time with no fee so long as no offer has been extended.

6. Disclaimers

LnqHub is a marketplace. We facilitate connections and transactions but do not guarantee hiring outcomes, fit, or performance.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days in advance.
