Client Service Agreement

This is a public preview of the agreement Clients execute before posting a role on LnqHub. The executable version is signed via our e-signature provider during onboarding.

1. Services

LnqHub provides a marketplace connecting Clients with Referrers who submit pre-screened Candidates for open roles.

2. Placement fee

On acceptance of an offer by a Candidate referred through LnqHub, the Client agrees to pay a placement fee equal to the percentage stated on the pricing page (currently 15% of first-year salary), invoiced Net 30 via Stripe.

3. Off-platform placements

If a Candidate introduced through LnqHub is hired within 12 months for any role at the Client’s organization, the placement fee applies.

4. Confidentiality

Candidate profiles shared through LnqHub are confidential. Clients will not share Candidate information outside the hiring team.

5. Warranty and disclaimer

LnqHub does not warrant the accuracy of Candidate information. Final hiring decisions, including employment verification and references, rest with the Client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Obligations incurred before termination (including open placements) survive termination.
