Referrer Agreement

This is a public preview of the agreement Referrers execute during onboarding. The executable version is signed via our e-signature provider when your application is approved.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to receive compensation in your jurisdiction, and complete identity verification.

2. Referral bonuses

You earn a bonus equal to 50% of the platform fee on any Candidate you refer who accepts an offer. Bonuses are paid through Stripe Connect after the Client invoice clears.

3. Tax handling

For U.S.-based Referrers whose annual payouts exceed $600, LnqHub collects a W-9 and issues a 1099-NEC at year end.

4. Conduct

• No self-referrals.
• No referring Candidates without their knowledge and consent.
• No off-platform solicitation of Clients for placements.

5. Anonymity

Your identity is not revealed to Clients unless you choose to introduce yourself. Your performance metrics (referrals, placements, success rate) are visible to Clients.

6. Termination

You may leave the network at any time. LnqHub may remove Referrers for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Service.
